Singapore Trip

Date: March 30 - April 3, 2017

Day 1 - March 30 - Singapore Zoo:

Immersed with various animals and species -- from crawling, floating, growling and flying ones that may typically be seen in zoos, our experience were made extra ordinary with an interesting otter encounter, seemed to have followed our presence and scent everywhere we go.

Day 2 - March 31 - Universal Studios:

“Get lost in time and be a kid again.” That was our mantra when we spent our time in Universal Studios Singapore. From the easy Madagascar boat ride to the vomit-inducing Battlestar Galactica rides & the ancient experience with warrior mummies to the modern 3D battle with OPTIMUS PRIME, we've had the most thrilling and exhilarating experience so far!

Day 3 - April 1

Jurong Bird Park:

After a super thrilling experience the day before, this was a relaxing and calmer treat we needed -- a day to commune with nature. From the waterfall aviary, parrot paradise, penguin coast, pelican cove to the flamingo lake, this park was a welcome breather to us.

Sentosa:

With more than 30 attractions, tourists will never get bored in Sentosa Island. From water activities, nature trips, animal encounters to extreme adventures and light shows, there’s something for everyone. Since we only have half a day to explore, we only got to try these -- Skyline Luge & Skyride and Wings of Time.

Day 4 - April 2

Marina Bay Sands:

A Singapore trip can never be complete without a view of the iconic Merlion and Marina Bay Sands right? Be it in a day or night time, above or in the ground, the view is consistently amazing -- from the architecture and art to the activities around it, we were one with the rest to be witnesses of the beauty that is Marina Bay.

Flower Dome:

With temperature ranging from 23°C - 25°C, we stood in awe by the various display of flowers and plants -- a visual treat that have kept us amaze for hours.

Cloud Forest:

With temperature ranging from 23°C to 25°C, the Cloud Forest is a cool and refreshing treat after a day's walk along Marina Bay area. Entering an environment enveloped in mist, we were awed by the diverse vegetation, floral gems, rare plants, mountain views along with the man-made falls and the feel of nature.

Supertree Grove:

No idea what a supertree was until we saw it for ourselves. Nestled in the heart of the famed Gardens by the Bay, the "supertrees" were designed with a dual purpose -- canopy by day & lights and sounds by night. Mesmerizing and mind-blowing, these iconic giants will surely captivate everyone at nighttime.
